How we collect, use, and protect personal data, under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law.

Zyberon Information Technology (“Zyberon”, “we”) is a cybersecurity services company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and part of the Citynet Networks group. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through zyberon.sa, in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its implementing regulations.

Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months from last contact, unless a business relationship is established, in which case records are kept for the duration of the relationship plus the period required by Saudi law.

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by service providers we use to operate the business (such as email and CRM systems) under contractual safeguards, and disclosed where required by Saudi law or a competent authority. Personal data is stored and processed with data residency preferences in the Kingdom wherever available.
