Zyberon Information Technology (“Zyberon”, “we”) is a cybersecurity services company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and part of the Citynet Networks group. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through zyberon.sa, in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its implementing regulations.
2. Data We Collect
- Enquiry and assessment forms: name, work email, company, phone or WhatsApp number, company size, sector, and any details you choose to include in your message.
- Direct communications: information you share with us by email, phone, or WhatsApp.
- We do not use advertising trackers on this website.
3. Why We Process It (Lawful Basis)
- To respond to your enquiry or assessment request (legitimate interest and pre-contractual steps at your request).
- To deliver services you engage us for (contractual necessity).
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations applicable to us in the Kingdom.
4. Retention
Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months from last contact, unless a business relationship is established, in which case records are kept for the duration of the relationship plus the period required by Saudi law.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by service providers we use to operate the business (such as email and CRM systems) under contractual safeguards, and disclosed where required by Saudi law or a competent authority. Personal data is stored and processed with data residency preferences in the Kingdom wherever available.

You have the right to be informed, to access your personal data, to request correction or destruction, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
